Same time, several Sundays ago, this was what I was looking at.

I had just flown into Cebu and was having lunch at The Cove, the live and fresh seafood restaurant of Bluewater Resort in Maribago, Mactan Island.

It was my first time there and I was surprised at how huge the property is. We had to take a golf cart to get to the restaurant from the reception area!

The weather was perfect. And so was everything else.

For company, I had Bluewater Resorts consultant, chef Editha Singian; Bluewater Resorts Group Sales Manager Weng Jose; and Happy Living Wines Cebu representative, Joenina Mah.

The food and kwentuhan was made even better by this bottle of Beringer. We started happy hour early. Hehe.

I felt awful about having to leave immediately after the meal. I promised I would allot more time to enjoy the beach on my next visit.

Today, I am planning THAT next trip!
